visiting a leaning tower

On August 18, 2014, the Europe bus tour took me to Pisa, Italy. Most people know this place only for that one building, the Leaning Tower of Pisa (Italian: Torre di Pisa):
Pisa itself has less than 100,000 people, but has become world-famous only due to this unfortunate building as one of the iconic symbols of Italy.
Reflection
If it weren’t for the tower, people would still visit this town for its Cathedral, right? Right?
